48 Hour Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We respectfully require at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. No-shows will also be charged 50%. I specialize in healthy hair care, curly and kinky textures, and creating a calming space where everyone is treated like family. As the founder of Curls and Confidence, I work closely with young girls in local schools, teaching them the value of self-care, natural hair maintenance, and personal development. I’m also building toward my 5-year dream: a multi-purpose storefront that will serve as a salon, training space, event venue, and entrepreneurial hub for the community — a modern-day rites of passage center for youth and a resource haven for beauty professionals.
